AiESphere is built by TECHPRAPT PRIVATE LIMITED in Bengaluru. It exists because the hardest part of a career is not effort, it is knowing where the effort should go — and almost every tool in this space answers that with a template.
What the product actually does
Most career tools give the same advice to everyone and call it personalisation. AiESphere works from a parsed résumé, a real skill inventory and live hiring demand, so the answer to “what should I do next” is specific to one person rather than to a job title.
It is organised as three spheres. Education works out which role to aim at and measures the distance to it: a readiness score built from what employers are currently asking for, skill gaps split into proven, claimed and missing, and an ordered path that closes them. Employment finds the work and acts on it — one ranked feed, résumés tailored per posting, applications submitted on a pace you set, and a board that tracks every reply. Empowerment turns a career outward into campaigns and mentorship; it is still being built and is not open to users.
Who it is for
People running an active job search who are tired of doing the same data entry forty times, and people earlier on who do not yet know which role to aim at. It assumes you want the work done, not a dashboard about the work. Institutions use it too: colleges and universities run cohorts through the same engine and see progress across their students.
How we think about automation
The agent submits real applications to real employers under your name. That is a serious thing to hand to software, so the design bias is towards verification over speed: every field written is checked, every submission is captured, and anything the agent cannot answer truthfully from your profile it asks you about rather than inventing.
You stay responsible for what goes out — we do not review applications before they send — which is why the profile and answer bank are worth keeping accurate.
Built for agents too
AiESphere exposes an MCP server, so an AI assistant can search jobs, tailor a résumé and submit applications on a user’s behalf with scoped OAuth permissions. If you are building against it, start at developer resources.
