For anything about your account, an application the agent submitted, or something that is not behaving: [email protected]. Include the email you signed up with — it is the fastest way for us to find the account.

Invoices, cancellations and refund requests go to [email protected] from your registered email, with the invoice number. The terms are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. You can also cancel yourself at any time from Billing in your account — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

Complaints about content, conduct or how your personal data has been handled go to our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We acknowledge within 24 hours and work to resolve within 15 days, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
