AiESphere (the "Service") is operated by TECHPRAPT PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62099KA2026PTC221135, GSTIN 29AANCT1635Q1ZI), registered at DLF Newtown, Akshayanagar, Bengaluru 560068, Karnataka, India ("AiESphere", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AiESphere.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into this agreement to create an account directly with us.

Where a school, college, university, or employer provides the Service to you under its own agreement with us, your use is also subject to that institution’s rules, and the institution is responsible for any consent required for users under 18.

By using the Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, reset your password and notify us immediately.

You may not create accounts using false identities, impersonate others, or share your account with unauthorised persons.

You agree not to upload or share content that is false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, or otherwise unlawful or harmful.

You may not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service, access accounts or data that do not belong to you, scrape or harvest data without permission, bypass security or access controls, or misuse AI-generated outputs.

You may not use the Service to spam, distribute malware, or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.

You may not use the Service to submit applications, credentials, or documents for anyone other than yourself, or to misrepresent your identity, qualifications, work authorisation, or experience to an employer.

You retain ownership of the content, documents, and materials you upload or create ("Your Content").

By submitting Your Content, you grant AiESphere a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, transform, and transmit it solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service to you (for example: resume parsing, profile creation, matching, feeds, applications, and messaging).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate the rights of others.

When you upload a resume or use AI-assisted features, your content may be processed by automated systems and third-party AI providers to extract professional details and generate recommendations, documents, and insights.

These outputs are assistive only. AiESphere does not guarantee that AI-generated results are accurate, complete, or suitable for employment, legal, regulatory, or financial decisions without your own review and human verification.

You remain responsible for reviewing and correcting profile fields and generated content before saving, publishing, submitting, or relying on them.

If you enable automated applications, you appoint AiESphere as your limited agent for the sole purpose of preparing and submitting job applications on your behalf, and you authorise us to do the following in your name:

—complete and submit applications to employers and their applicant-tracking systems using your profile, saved answers, and selected resume;

—create and maintain candidate accounts for you on those systems, and store the credentials for reuse;

—receive employer correspondence at an address we manage for you, and read one-time verification codes sent there in order to complete a step you asked for;

—agree, on your behalf, to the candidate-facing terms and privacy notices of those employer systems where an application cannot proceed without it.

You are solely responsible for every application submitted for you and for the accuracy of everything in it, exactly as if you had typed and submitted it yourself. This includes statements about your identity, qualifications, work authorisation, notice period, and compensation.

It is your responsibility to configure what is applied to, review your saved answers, and keep your profile accurate. We do not review applications before they are sent.

You must not use this feature in a way that breaches an employer’s or an applicant-tracking system’s own terms of use where those terms prohibit automated submission. Where you instruct us to apply to such a site, you do so on your own responsibility.

We do not guarantee that any application will be delivered, received, accepted, or acknowledged, and we are not responsible for an employer’s decisions, for a duplicate or mistaken application, or for an account created on a third-party system at your instruction.

You can turn automated applications off at any time. Applications already submitted cannot be withdrawn by us; you must contact the employer directly.

If you post content, participate in communities, publish as a creator, or take part in mentorship, you are responsible for your conduct and the content you share.

Mentorship sessions and live interactions are facilitated through third-party tools. You agree to use them respectfully and lawfully. AiESphere is not responsible for the conduct of other users or for outcomes of mentorship or career interactions.

Any points, rewards, or virtual items within the platform have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Some assessments are proctored. By starting a proctored assessment you agree that we may record integrity signals during the attempt, as described in our Privacy Policy, and use them to decide whether the attempt is valid.

Attempting to circumvent proctoring, impersonate another candidate, or obtain assessment content in advance is a breach of these Terms and may result in results being voided and your account suspended.

Verified skills and results reflect what was assessed at the time. We do not warrant them to any employer or institution as a guarantee of ability.

Paid plans, billing cycles, auto-renewal, cancellation, refunds, and credit top-ups are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Prices are shown exclusive of tax; applicable GST is added at checkout. We may change prices or plan limits on notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

If a payment fails and cannot be collected, paid features may be suspended and your account may revert to the free plan.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide (excluding Your Content and third-party content), is owned by AiESphere or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact our Grievance Officer using the details in our Privacy Policy. We will act on valid notices as required by applicable law.

The Service integrates third-party services (such as authentication, AI, hosted browsers, payments, video, email, and content providers) and may display third-party content such as news, courses, and job listings.

We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service or remove content that violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or otherwise misuses the Service.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including sections on your content licence (to the extent needed for content you left published), intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

AiESphere does not guarantee employment, interviews, career outcomes, the accuracy of recommendations, the delivery or acceptance of any application, or uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiESphere and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, employment, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiESphere and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, applications submitted on your instruction, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at infrastructure or third-party providers, network or power failures, cyber-attacks, changes in law, or acts of government.

Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in full force and the unenforceable provision is applied to the maximum extent permitted.

No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and AiESphere regarding the Service.

No third-party beneficiaries: these Terms do not give rights to anyone other than you and AiESphere.

Notices: we may give you notice by email to your registered address or by posting in the Service.

Complaints about content, conduct, or your data can be raised with our Grievance Officer, [full name of the appointed Grievance Officer], at [email protected], or by post to TECHPRAPT PRIVATE LIMITED, DLF Newtown, Akshayanagar, Bengaluru 560068, Karnataka, India.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and work to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
